3. Messaging via WhatsApp Cloud API

• Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party networks and the WhatsApp platform.
• You may opt out of receiving further messages by contacting the organization or following unsubscribe instructions when available.

• Submitting false information, creating fraudulent tokens, or harassing staff or other users.
