2. Queue Tokens and Appointments
- Queue tokens indicate your position and do not guarantee service at an exact time; actual wait times may vary.
- The organization may modify or cancel tokens or appointments where operationally necessary.
- You must follow on-site instructions and conduct yourself respectfully toward staff and other customers.
3. Messaging via WhatsApp Cloud API
- If enabled, the service may send you transactional messages related to your token, appointment, or invitations via WhatsApp.
- By providing your phone number, you consent to receive such messages. Standard data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party networks and the WhatsApp platform.
- You may opt out of receiving further messages by contacting the organization or following unsubscribe instructions when available.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the system.
- Submitting false information, creating fraudulent tokens, or harassing staff or other users.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access to restricted areas or data.
5. Availability and Modifications
We aim to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, related to your use of the service.
9. Account Delete Process
We do not store your data into our database, your data will automatically delete after token completed

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
