1. Queue Tokens
- Token number, service name, counter identifier, and basic status information (e.g., waiting, serving, completed).
- Associated metadata such as creation time and estimated wait time.
2. Customer Information
- Name, phone number, and (optionally) email address and postal address provided during booking or remote queue requests.
- Feedback you submit after service completion (rating and comments).
3. WhatsApp Cloud API Data
- Recipient phone number (in E.164 format) and message content required to send notifications or invitations.
- Delivery identifiers returned by Meta’s Graph API (e.g., message IDs).
How We Use Your Information
- To generate and manage queue tokens and estimate waiting times.
- To contact you (when enabled) with token status, invitations, or appointment information via WhatsApp.
- To improve service quality through aggregate analytics and optional feedback.
- To maintain system security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Use of WhatsApp Cloud API
When WhatsApp messaging is enabled by the organization, we may send you messages related to your queue token, appointment, or service invitations.
- Messages are sent via Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API using the business’s configured access token and phone number ID.
- We do not use your WhatsApp messages for advertising; messages are transactional or service-related.
- You may opt out at any time by notifying the business or using provided unsubscribe instructions where available.
Data Retention
We retain queue tokens, basic logs, and minimal customer information for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, and maintain accurate records. Where feasible, data is anonymized or pseudonymized for analytics.
Account Delete Process
We do not store your data into our database, your data will automatically delete after token completed
Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
- You may request access to or correction of your information where applicable.
- You may request deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
- For WhatsApp messages, you can opt out of further messaging as described above.
